Meet Liz

I’m a wedding & lifestyle photographer who has a heart to intentionally document and create imagery & films that only get sweeter with time. I am so glad you are here.

   I live with the conviction that art & imagery have the power to remind us of beauty, truth and story. I believe every human has a story full of memories expanding from joy to grief, beauty to loss, beginnings to in-betweens. I think the beauty of weddings & couples work is that it’s all of those moving parts joined together that have led to meeting your love and walking into a covenant with one another. I believe your story and the many stories within that are set-apart and I desire to document you with the weight of that truth.

ABOUT JOHN & LIZ
I. OUR STORY

   We met in 2016 while documenting a wedding. John was documenting on video, I was documenting on photo. After that day, we became dear friends & one year later, John took me canoeing and told me that he liked me + loved me. A year and a half later, we got married surrounded by 40 of our closest friends & family. It was a deeply special day & it made us more aware than ever how important it is to have your love, life, and people documented honestly. 

II. OUR FAVORITES

   We love people and experiencing life with others: traveling, bonfires, picnics, having friends, family & strangers over for dinner. We value an intentional life — rooted in being present, cultivating creativity and more than anything - abiding in Jesus. He permeates the way we create, live and document.

III.  THE ARTIST

  Liz is passionate about cultivating slow & intentional rhythms, making a cozy Spotify playlists, knitting and having fika over an iced matcha + pastry. She is a deep feeler & dreamer by heart — she finds inspiration in beautiful films, poetry and analogue in all forms.

IV. ABOUT JOHN

   John is passionate about meaningful conversations, coffee,  reading, philosophy, and camping. John is someone who draws everyones attention to the stars or ocean or beautiful birds in the sky. He notices the beauty surrounding us and lives with child-like wonder.
